I am know an American Citizen. It happened today about 2:40. Yes I will be voting in the upcoming election not that I think it really matters since the Electoral College chooses the President and not the people but hey that the way its been done since the beginning,(they are suppose to vote the way the people want) Next on my list is to get a pass port.
